ABOUT US

The years of volunteering and working with like-minded individuals in various Charitable Organisations and NGOs became the inspiration for the formation of Compassionate Care Foundation, a brainchild of its founders, Daena Chan and Jayse Ong, both of whom endeavour to do more for the under-privileged individuals suffering from various illnesses and health conditions.

Founded in July 2017, Compassionate Care Foundation is a non-governmental and charitable organization that promotes the health and well-being of individuals with limited financial resources through innovative green solutions.

Compassionate Care Berhad, through the support of its core partner, IRCare Sdn Bhd, brings the benefits of Hi-Bliss Hydrogen Therapy (a natural, non-invasive and safe alternative therapy), to those who are in need of a solution to their pain and health problems but are unable to afford payment for these services.

Daena Chan

Being able to help those less fortunate than oneself has always been something close to Daena’s heart. During the hectic years of pursuing her career with a multi-national Information Technology company and bringing up her son, she still found time to work with like-minded individuals to channel aid in the form of food, household necessities and cash to hard-core poor families residing in the public housing areas in the outskirts of Selangor. This experience strengthened her resolve to look for other opportunities through which she could help.

As one of Compassionate Care Foundation’s (CCF) founders, Daena is actively involved in shaping and driving CCF’s mission to enable under-privileged individuals regain a healthy and active life. Daena believes that by restoring health, a precious gift, to under-privileged individuals, one can bring happiness and light back into their lives.

Jayse Ong

Giving back to society comes naturally to Jayse and this has been the motivating factor for Jayse to start Compassionate Care Foundation (CCF) together with Daena. Jayse believes that it is a priceless act to be able to give the under-privileged individuals a chance for a better health and a better life, which is aligned with CCF’s mission.

Despite being busy working and running the day to day operations of the business, Jayse still actively supports and contributes to various charitable organizations, mainly Persatuan Kebajikan Mesra Megah Ria in Johor Bahru (a charitable organisation for under-privileged children), Tzu Chi Foundation and Persatuan Kebajikan Amal Da Ai Malaysia to name a few, as she believes that the joy and smiles in the beneficiaries faces makes it all worth while.
